Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course, program, or service offered by Beta Technologies, Coimbatore. By enrolling or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using any service provided by Beta Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. I agree to receive all updates via sms, whatsapp, RCS, Email and any other communication channels.
2. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment in any course or program is subject to availability and our acceptance. By registering you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You meet any stated prerequisites for the course.
- You are at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- You will not share your login credentials with any third party.
Beta Technologies reserves the right to refuse enrollment or cancel a registration at its discretion.
3. Fees & Payment
Course fees are as published on our website or communicated at the time of enrollment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment or an agreed installment schedule must be completed before or at the commencement of the course unless otherwise arranged.
- Beta Technologies reserves the right to revise fees for future batches with prior notice.
- Payments made via online transfer, UPI, or cash are all accepted. Receipts will be issued for all payments.
4. Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before course commencement: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee, if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior.
- Within first week of course: 50% refund, provided the student has attended fewer than 3 sessions.
- After first week: No refund will be issued once the course is underway beyond the first week.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
Course fees are non-transferable to another student unless approved by management in writing.
5. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or fellow students.
- Plagiarism, cheating, or dishonesty in any assessment or project work.
- Recording of classes or sessions without prior written consent from Beta Technologies.
- Use of course materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, handouts, presentations, videos, and resources provided by Beta Technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Beta Technologies or its licensed partners. You may:
- Use materials solely for your personal learning and reference.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
7. Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course, which includes meeting minimum attendance requirements (typically 80%) and satisfactory performance in any assessments. Beta Technologies reserves the right to withhold certification if these requirements are not met. Where courses are conducted under a university or partner certification scheme (such as SUITS / Bharathidasan University), certification is additionally subject to the awarding body's own requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
Beta Technologies will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
- Employment outcomes, placement results, or career advancement following course completion.
- Interruptions to courses caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power failures, or government directives.
Our total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant course.
9. Termination
Beta Technologies may terminate or suspend access to its services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other students, staff, or the institute. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
